Join us on October 18, 2021 for free coaching on Rocket League! NASEF (North America Scholastic Esports Federation) and Cloud9 Training Grounds are partnering to offer free coaching by top-ranked players and leaders to student esports players through online monthly masterclasses.

Cloud9 is one of the world’s premier esports organizations with more than a dozen championship titles in the most popular games. Cloud9 Training Grounds is committed to fostering rigor, leadership, teamwork, and inclusion within competitive gaming. We’re excited to partner with Cloud9 and support high school esports teams in raising their level of league play. Together, we hope to broaden the base of families and educators who steward esports youth development programs as both a formative learning experience and a valuable on ramp for college and career success.

The first masterclass in the series will dive into the popular title Rocket League.

Coach Bio: My name is Ben Vrobel, and I am a Rocket League coach for the Cloud9 Training Grounds team. I have been playing rocket league since season 5, peaking at 2100 mmr. I have also been SSL for the past three seasons. I am a varsity Rocket League player for Kent State University, who placed top 32 in PlayVS of Fall 2020. I'm excited to be part of Cloud 9 Training Grounds, and I can't wait to help people get better at Rocket League!

Format: All community members can come for free as long as they have the “role” of student or GM in our NASEF server. Ben will share his screen and present his clinic via Discord and take questions from folks. NASEF staff will moderate the event and Discord server.
