FETC 2024 in Orlando, FL:

NASEF loves to kick off the U.S. ed tech conference schedule at the Future of Education Technology Conference (FETC) 2024 in Orlando, Florida. AT FETC, NASEF leaders and scholastic fellows will present on everything from Creating a Plan for Building and Growing an Impactful Esports Program (a 2-hour workshop) to Connecting Research to Pedagogy in Scholastic Esports. NASEF will discuss Esports Around the World, building diversity by Engaging ALL Students, creating College and Career Pathways, and more. We look forward to connecting with attendees, including educators, administrators, and tech enthusiasts and sharing insights into the transformative power of scholastic esports in the classroom.

TCEA 2024 in Austin, TX:

Next on the list is the Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA) 2024 event in Austin, Texas. NASEF will demonstrate how students can explore their passion for gaming while also acquiring valuable STEAM skills. Learn about the different career pathways that esports can provide students, from content creators to software engineers. This event draws educators and technology specialists keen on exploring innovative educational approaches, making it the perfect setting for NASEF to share success stories and best practices.

PETE & C 2024 in Hershey, PA:

Heading to Hershey, Pennsylvania, NASEF leaders are excited to participate in the Pennsylvania Educational Technology Expo and Conference (PETE & C) for the first time. Here, the focus will be on the synergy between technology, education, and esports. The diverse audience, including teachers, school administrators, and IT professionals, is interested in the role of esports in fostering digital literacy and collaboration. NASEF will delve into the practical aspects of integrating esports into school curricula. 

 

BETT Global 2024 in London, England:

Taking their message across the Atlantic, NASEF’s executive director will present at BETT Global 2024 in London, England. This renowned education and technology event attracts educators, policymakers, and industry leaders from around the globe. NASEF's insights into scholastic esports resonate with an international audience, emphasizing the universal applicability of esports in education. As the official education partner of the International Esports Federation, NASEF will discuss insights from esports around the world, as well as the potential of esports in higher education. 

6th China National Cyber Games Summit and 3rd National Esports Education and Talent Development Forum in Hangzhou:

NASEF already launched 2024 with exciting presentations in Hangzhou, China, where the organization participated in the 6th China National Cyber Games Summit and the 3rd National Esports Education and Talent Development Forum. NASEF leaders explored the unique aspects of the Chinese esports landscape and how to leverage youth interest in video games and esports for meaningful education. 

As a pioneer in the field, NASEF empowers educators to leverage the benefits of esports for students.
