Looking to bring esports in the classroom this Fall? Join us for our Spring Webinars!
Apr 17, 2019Unprecedented numbers of teens are excited about esports – and we want them to be excited about learning too. We’ve built an innovative research-based system of learning with esports at its core. Attend a free webinar or stream to learn about the North America Scholastic Esports Federation and the free tools and support offered to educate kids through clubs, coaching, and curriculum integrated into an authentic tournament gaming environment.
The North America Scholastic Esports Federation is working to ensure that ALL students possess the knowledge and skills needed to be society’s game changers: educated, productive, and empathetic individuals. NASEF is on a mission to provide opportunities for ALL students to use esports as a platform to acquire critical communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills needed to thrive in work and in life. The Federation’s core values are intertwined through all aspects of education and play: learning, opportunity, community, diversity, and respect.
At our How to Get Started webinar, we will break down how to engage and proceed with our four C’s: Clubs, Coaching, Curriculum and Competition. We will provide first steps on working with school administrators and IT leads, getting your club up and running, getting set up with your coach, adopting the esports curriculum on your site and what goes into competing from start to finish.
The webinar is designed for educators, teachers, administrators, directors, IT leads of high schools and community-based organizations across the United States, the U.S. Territories, Mexico and Canada but everyone is encouraged to attend.
We hope you join us!
