NASEF’s Fall season is getting started and we’re kicking off our Fall 2019 Activation Contest. 

How Your Club Can Win

This contest will run for a total of 4 weeks, from August 16th through September 13th. Each club that activates within the week is eligible to win the weekly prize. 

We reached out in our Discord channel to club General Managers and asked for ideas on helpful club prizes. Your GMs said that the cost of printing a club banner can be expensive, so we wanted to help out.

Every Friday, we’ll randomly select from all the clubs who have activated or renewed and you’ll be eligible to win a new, a printed banner you get to design and use for your esports club, valued at $200! 

You’ll be able to represent your club like the pros do on campus, social media photos, and in competition with your sharp-looking, professional team banner.

Participation confirms entrant’s eligibility, agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY

The North America Scholastic Esports Federation™ will be awarding $200 for printing banners and signs to four participating Clubs from the North America Scholastic Esports Federation. The sweepstakes is open to NASEF Clubs that have completed the NASEF activation process. Award must be accepted by the Club General Manager, an individual who is a legal resident of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico), and who is 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. This person will be identified through the activation paperwork.

Identical sweepstakes are open for four consecutive weeks. 

The sweepstakes will begin on 08/16/2019 at 8:00 AM and ends on 09/13/2019 at 5:00 PM. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Pacific Standard Time (PST). 

• Week one: All clubs that have completed activation for the 2019-2020 season before 08/23/2019 at 7:59 AM are eligible for the first drawing. 
• Week two: All clubs that have completed activation for the 2019-2020 season before 08/30/2019 at 7:59 AM are eligible for the second drawing. This includes clubs that were eligible for the drawing in week one. 
• Week three: All clubs that have completed activation for the 2019-2020 season before 09/06/2019 at 7:59 AM are eligible for the third drawing. This includes clubs that were eligible for the drawing in week two. 
• Week four: All clubs that have completed activation for the 2019-2020 season between 09/06/2019 at 8:00 AM and 09/13/2019 at 5:00 PM are eligible for the fourth drawing. 

Clubs are eligible to enter the random drawing for the designated week after completing the North America Scholastic Esports Federation™ activation process. 

Employees or agents of the North America Scholastic Esports Federation and their respective companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the members of their immediate families or other persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

SELECTION

The winners will be selected by random draw. Prize will be delivered to the General Manager of the selected Club. Winners will be contacted for additional information following the end of the contest.
