Licenses Still Not Working?
If the licenses are still not working, we recommend this solution, which typically resolves the issue:
- Step 1: Have someone who already owns Overwatch on their account log into the Blizzard App on one of your computers
- Step 2: Have them download Overwatch on that computer. Wait for the download to completely finish
- Step 3: Have them log out of the Blizzard App
- Step 4: Have someone who does NOT own Overwatch on their account (AND has an authenticator attached to their Blizzard account) log in and try to play the game
